Company Update
Agentic momentum
Fabrix is gaining traction across SREOps, ITOps, and NetworkOps, with recognition in multiple Gartner reports this quarter reflecting growing analyst confidence in our approach. As more enterprises begin evaluating Agentic AI for operations, we are seeing increased inbound interest from organizations looking for a vendor-neutral, production-ready platform, particularly as established observability players work to add agentic capabilities to legacy architectures. Our go-to-market partnerships with Cisco, IBM, and SolarWinds reflect this momentum and help us reach enterprise customers through trusted channels. Read Gartner Recognition Press Release ➜
AI Agent Catalog: Shipping at Velocity
Fabrix has been expanding its AI Agent Catalog at a steady pace this quarter, with production-ready agents now covering RCA, anomaly detection, recommendations, and configuration management. Each agent is built on Fabrix's federated knowledge graph and governed by enterprise-grade guardrails, designed to operate across multi-vendor environments without requiring data re-ingestion. One of the newer additions is the Collab AI Agent, purpose-built to reduce the coordination overhead that slows incident response across distributed IT teams. The Collab AI Agent is purpose-built to bridge the collaboration gap in enterprise IT operations. The result is faster acknowledgment, cleaner resolution context, and less time lost to cross-team communication gaps. Learn about Collab AI Agent ➜
Enterprise Semantic Knowledge Graph (Ontology Layer):
The Fabrix Differentiator
At the core of Fabrix's Agentic AI platform is its enterprise semantic knowledge graph, a continuously updated, multi-domain representation of an organization's IT topology, entity relationships, and operational context. Unlike RAG-based or prompt-driven agents that lack persistent situational awareness, Fabrix agents reason over a rich, federated knowledge graph built from 1,900+ multi-vendor integrations without requiring data re-ingestion. This gives agents genuine situational intelligence: they understand not just what is happening, but why, where, what changed, and what the downstream blast radius may be. For enterprise customers, this means faster time-to-value, reduced hallucination risk, and AI outputs that are auditable, explainable, and tied to real operational context.

Business Update
Go-to-market Agentic Partnerships
Three major GTM announcements this quarter, each reinforcing Fabrix as the enterprise Agentic AI layer across key technology ecosystems.
 |
Fabrix and Cisco continue to expand their partnership across multiple fronts. On the telco side, joint deployments are underway with Saudi Telecom, XL Smart, Zain Bahrain and Mobily across the Middle East and Asia regions. In parallel, a dedicated Splunk + Fabrix go-to-market motion is targeting Federal, Healthcare, and Commercial accounts in North America. Fabrix is also working with Cisco's AIPod team on a Sovereign AI GTM motion, positioning the federated, on-premises Fabrix platform as a natural fit for customers with data residency and sovereignty requirements. |
 |
IBM's internally developed AIOps solution has proven difficult to scale in real-world enterprise deployments. In early 2026, IBM began positioning Fabrix.ai as its strategic AIOps and Agentic AIOps platform of choice, initially targeting mid-market customers across India and South Asia, with a roadmap to expand the partnership globally. Two early-stage accounts are already in motion and targeted to close in May 2026, with global partner enablement scheduled for the first week of June. |
 |
SolarWinds has selected the Fabrix Agentic Platform to power its hosted customer base — representing approximately 90% of its install base. The initial focus targets mid-market and enterprise self-hosted customers, with an identified set of early accounts already in motion and a clear path to a formal OEM arrangement following joint go-to-market success. |
New Chief Revenue Officer Appointed
Ben Roderique, Chief Revenue Officer — Fabrix has welcomed a new Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale global revenue operations as the company enters its next phase of Agentic AI commercialization. The hire brings deep enterprise software and go-to-market experience to accelerate partner-led and direct revenue motion across telecom, financial services, and channels, and will own the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline to renewal as Fabrix scales its agentic consumption model - View LinkedIn Profile ➜ |
